ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a strong candidate to support our analysts and experts in a variety of strategic research and sector development topics. The working student will get the opportunity to learn how BCG approaches its clients’ challenges, and helps them to strengthen their market position. The role also provides the chance to gain experience in a highly professional and demanding environment, working next to our strong global analyst team.

You can work up to 20 hours/week during your school semester and up to 40 hours/week during your vacation. The role offers enough flexibility to combine personal, academic and professional life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the development of tools and proprietary BCG knowledge assets, e.g. automotive microsites
  • Assist our Knowledge and Consulting Team in a variety of research topics and analyses
  • Help with Knowledge management tasks, e.g. developing client reference

 

 

Anforderungsprofil

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies with high academic achievements (business studies, economics or similar)
  • Interest in / passion for the logistics, postal, rail or shipping sectors
  • Ability to understand the different T&L value chains quickly; existing knowledge of the one or more T&L sector is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and high learning agility
  • Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and to manage multiple tasks in parallel
  • Creative, yet structured problem solver
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Strong interpersonal skills, i.e. credibility, reliability, and service mentality
